I would recommend the aluminum one from a performance stand point but you will probably have to true either one right out of the package.
Serious? So they are flimsy enough that just pressing on the shaft will bend them back into shape?

It's a shaft, side pressure will flex and move it. That goes with any shaft. It's strength is torsional, not side load. The only way it will see a side load in use is you pushing on it with your finger.

I'm sure the tubing that the aluminum shaft is made from is feet to yards long so maybe a little run out shows up. Easily fixed.

new radiopost green servo.

..it's a fat servo, but it squeezes in there and it needs an extension to get into the box where as the ds1015 doesn't.

and an ape rear skid

Anyone know the difference between the gear diff set tkr5140 and tkr5150? Can I tell the difference just by looking at them? Looking to replace the diff pins but not sure which gears my truck has... it was brand new 2 years back now. Tia

it's just a sheet from upgrade rc cut to fit the chassis, it's impressively thick.

5140 were only used in early EB48s. 5150 is required with the slotted cross pins as they have the larger diameter holes in the planetary gears to accept the thicker cross pins that allowed for slotted ends.

I think I got it, front is hole closest to the front and the rear is the third hole away from the rear, if anyone else uses these locations and can confirm that would be great.

Those holes worked just in case anyone buys the FTW body u can just drill out the dimples I mentioned above an your good to go. I know I'm not a great driver but I'm goin through body's like mad. I'm gonna put some drywall tape and that flex seal spray can stuff, just in the hood and rear, one layer and see how it holds up.
