Po-man stickers. download the logo, print it at high quality settings, trim to size and then hold it on with packing tape! It works(or so I'm told.....)

tekno, was disappointed to see the pistons come on a tree (had to clean them up with the wire wheel). do the option pistons also come on trees?

Option pistons are CNC machined. Most kit pistons are not CNC and come on a tree (they might cut them off before packaging though). We're all still running stock pistons until our new CNC samples come in. Once you get them smooth, they'll stay smooth :).

I should have told ya earlier. I only have two shims in...he ones that cover the o-ring, behind the sun gears. I took them out and wet sanded them...knock down any high spots...its just weird. I dont have any binding...maybe i need to break it in longer. I have about 13-15 minutes on the center diff.

If the diff is not hanging up in one spot and you are just feeling the mesh of the gears, that sounds normal. We redesigned the gears and cross-pins for the SCT410 (different from the EB48) and every diff we've built with the new components has been perfect. Go ahead and run it and if for any reason you have a failure, just let us know and we can help you out. Thanks.

I took it apart again. I cant find one thing wrong with it. Even wear across the mating surfaces with he gears. I was only using my eb48 as a reff for the diffs. I have constant feel of it....its not in one place or another, but across the whole revolution. I'm gonna run it and boy im i gonna run the s*** out of it. Im sure it's fine. It was just something i noticed

My kit shipped!! :D

There's 1 sct410 at Stormer available!!

What I did on my EB48 was run the linkage on top of the servo arm and then put a 3mm spacer under the linkage on the steering arm.

you will probably have to mount the arm on top instead of below how they show you. also, if it's from your SCTE, i'm pretty sure the holes are SAE so you'd have to use a SAE screw instead of the supplied metric screw.

My daughters and mine finally arrived in Norway earlier today :D

These will replace our SC10 4x4 and DESC410V2.

Let the builds begin

Sorry but I am confused on the shimming. What are you using to shim and where are you shimming i.e inside/outside the diffs and what does this do?

Thanks

We issued a press release/addendum about this. Just email us and we'll send you the shims needed. They are 5x7x.2mm.

Well poop......Got off the phone with Tower, and they said I should have mine by the end of the month!!!! what a drag. If it wasn't for the Tower discount, I'd be doing some serious shopping around........
