Not too sure about that one but just use a sharpie on the top of the body post and line her up the way you like and press down and it should leave a mark for you to pop a hole at.

Lvc is set at the factory 2S setting on the gen 2. Temps are barely warm.

Kind of sounds like lvc, except for the beeps. Race or spec smc packs? Your running kind of a small pack for 4x SCT.
Is there a wire anywhere near the buttons on the ESC?

That probably has something to do with it.

I have no problem finishing a 6-7 minute main with my 5000 SMC. Still has enough left for a few more laps. Running a rx8 gen1 and 4300HD. That's running on a 14t pinion.

Set the cutoff at 3.0v and at 2s 7.4 or turn it off or turn it off and just stop running when you notice your lower on power.

I had the same issue with my Hobbywing sct pro with the Tenshock 4600kv .

SCT410's qualified 1, 2, 3 at the opening race of the 2014 JBRL electric series in southern California. Over 400 total entries for this race - insane! Tons of competition. Happy to be a sponsor of the series.

I normally mark mine also. But had this one shipped right to the guy that does my painting. They tell you what ones to use in the wheel wells but not for the Tekno. ;-)

Don't forget about that TQ/win in Sportsman too. Rudy layed it down in the Pro4 main!

Hooked up to a HD4300 motor in my tekno sct 410. I'm using brand new Smc 5000mah batteries. I get about 5 min run time until the ESC will shut down and restart every 30 seconds. I'll have no power, only steering. Once the ESC resets the truck will run just fine again for about 30 seconds and it will cut power and restart again. I know this because one of the guys was standing by the corner of the track when it happens and he hears the ESC restarting. Any ideas why this is happening? I check my batteries right after this happens and they are around 3.8v per cell still.
What is the C rating on the battery, and I hate to ask but what radio are you using?

Outstanding, but not surprising.

You can turn under a B4 buggy, you can match any 1/8 scale in durability. It's a sedan with a lot of droop.

We're a little slower here in the Midwest, but eventually we catch on...

"Oh crap, another Tekno?"
