I have solved my spur gear problems by changing the center diff to the rc8t center diff. Fits perfectly and allows you to buy a huge selection of spurs from Thunder Tiger and Team Associate.
That is freaking awesome!

Thanks! I saw that AE has a 50t spur that seems to be the closest to stock I can find for him. Good to know that a complete diff will work! I'll let him know.

Read the last few words, it seems that a new E-truggy from TD is coming very soon
The link you put up took me to a post Ryan made in 2012.

A 50T spur wont mesh with a pinion viable for racing.

Caster racing has a 60t and a 62t spur. If anyone is interested just let me know.

Does anyone know if the Caster 60t spur will work? Or any other option for a spur gear? I've been able to straighten out the front axles but I'm going to have to shelve this if I can't find a spur gear! I love this truggy but this "lack of parts" issue has gone far enough

I'm not sure if the spur will mount up to a Durango diff but the caster center diff and spur may drop right in. If Brett can give us some dimensions of the center diff I.e. bearing diameter and length of the diff from.......
