I use Kyosho springs, and have been advised by those whom are very familiar with the brand at my local track to do so. That's not to say that I might not notice a difference if I used Losi or AE, but I figured I'd run brand specific.
The cheapest place I have found them is at www.losipartshouse.com

Yes I heard that the losi low freq springs work pretty well. I just already had a bunch of the tuning xgears so never bothered. I tend to replace them when I can no longer tell the colors haha. So next batch I will get some losis.

Ok.. so I'm switching my rear motor over to mid motor. I'm a little confused with the shims that go below and on top of the rear, rear suspension holder. There is supposed to be one below the suspension holder and one above. So my question is on the setup sheets which one are they referring to??? And what is the point of the shim thats above the suspension holder?? It seems like it just raises the shock tower.
what are they putting in front of the battery ? what are u guys doing to the side pods to mount the battery sideway?
what are the bearing sizes when using the v2 hubs?

From what I can remember, I would run the 5x10 inside and the 5x13 on the outside. I know that isn't a configuration I listed but the kit is 5x10 so you will have to get some 5x13's for the outside. I can't see myself buy a 5x11.

split pistons 4 hole
1.6+1.1 is close to 2x1.7, use 30-32.5 wt in rear
1.5+1.1 is close to 2x1.6, use 27.5-30wt in rear; 30-32.5 in front
1.4+1.1 is close to 2 x 1.5, use in front with 32.5wt-35wt
The 4 hole pistons have less low speed damping= more traction and grip on small bumps, but they pack up on big jumps to prevent the car from bottoming.
Are there pics of tebo's rb6 with the battery mounted sideways? Are u guys cutting the side pods?
