Looking for setup advice on a low-medium bite/damp-wet/med-large track..
Tried the Zach Rogers setup, that was a diffidently a no go.. Feel that it's going to need an odd setup or something, because the car is just terrible with the Zach Rogers setup. (but dialed at the other track we have)

First off I would like to say thank you for trying my setup, I love seeing so many people giving it a try and hearing the feedback.
Second off, what do you feel like you need under the current track conditions you are asking about? I am assuming maybe more grip? Let us know and I(and I am sure many others) will do our best to assist you!
I know it is A LOT of work but a sideway battery will definitely give you more grip....if you car is to bouncy you can try going to a 4 hole piston in the rear and it also make the car feel more stable(traction wise) in the middle of the corner(30wt oil) you can also lengthen your rear camber length, along with many more options....
Sorry I don't get on here much but I am sure if you post more detail of what you are looking for we can do our best to assist you
Take it easy mate.

Does anyone know if the jconcepts buggy wheels are a good fit? I have a bunch, and want to know if I will need different ones. I do have Durango wheel nuts coming if that helps.

Lately I have gotten a lot of reward by adjusting the roll center. I find that the proper roll center depends not only on the grip of the track, but also the speed and agressiveness with which you drive.
Typically I have found that I need a little higher roll center than the pro setups because I don't drive as hard as they do.
Less speed + more leverage = same grip.
As of last night, I found the traction at our new track is starting to come up and I was on the hairy edge of traction rolling, so I will probably decrease the roll center a little. I would have done it last night but those ball studs are so difficult to get to on the rear bulkhead!

Gentle People of the RB6 Thread,
Thank you for your help with my transmission issues. Last night I was able to successfully finish an entire race night without issue. I babied it a little in qualifying just to make sure. In the main I had a marshall pull my car off the track because he thought I was broke, even though I was wiggling the front wheels (I didn't want to hit the throttle because it looked like his finger was near the drive shaft!). So after going a lap+ down to the field of 10, I was able to battle back up to 4 in the process passing everyone but the leader.
I am not sure what the root cause of my issue was. I installed a new transmission housing and was super dilligent about cleaning the gears and bearings. I also found that one of the shims where the rear bulkhead attaches to the suspension hanger was missing.
So thanks again, despite my marshalling misfortune it was a fun night!

Jconcepts wheels do fit but the front ones rub a little on the steering knuckle when tightened down. I just chamfer the edge with a knife.

Think I read somewhere that the tlr 22 aluminum servo horn fits w/O modification. Anybody know which one

I am working on my roller. got it going tonight. Seems the slipper clutch it out of adjustment. Tried tightening it but still didnt work. I assume that the pads should not be glazed over right? How do I fix this? thanks again.

If you plan to stick stock get new pads and vented discs. Or look at the avid or schelle solution.

katoom007 -Just get some 600 grit sandpaper and sand the disks till the glaze is gone. Then good as new.
If your running stock(17.5) just get the exotek slipper eliminator. I just installed one on my buggy, it made a big difference for me.
well after tearing into the slipper a little more I have found that the pads are out of a Team associated. I am also running a 8.5 motor. The spring on the clutch is crushed and still slipping. time to upgrade I guess. I will check out these other clutches you mentioned.
