Default Diff help
I used the TLR alum. diff nut holder right off the bat. I'm glad to see losi change the diff nut to the AE style nut.

Default TLR Team setup
Is there a mix up or is the TLR team really running 22buggy front pink springs on the rear of their 22sct? The part number listed on the TLR team setup sheet is for pink buggy fronts. What gives?

By chance do the 22t wheels fit on the 22sct? I'm new to shortcourse, I would also like to know why shortcouse wheels designed the way they are?

No, the22T trires will not fit on the 22sct. Remember who started the short coarse legend (Traxxas), I'm sure they wanted to have exclusive parts for there truck's so no one else's could retro fit. Traxxas is th best at capturing market share.

I'd love to see them made. I talked to Ryan about it 2 weeks ago. I think with the larger wheels, both the 22T and certainly the 22SCT would have enough clearance, but I agree the 22 buggy may not.

As said it is traxxas's fault for the wheels being the way they are but not because of them wanting to capture the market. The first slash 2wd's actually had 2.0 wheels period. They didn't have the 2.0/3.0. What changed was when they brought out the slayer and had to enlarge the back side of wheel to allow for the revo type suspension to run with sc looking wheels and tires and then they just stuck with that size and it became an industry standard.

Question for the TLR guys. With the support kit what's the point of the 60mm turnbuckle when the 22sct only uses the 65mm and 70mm one's?

Thanks for that bit of information; I've always wondered!!! I think I've even got a few of the 2.0/2.0 wheels laying around here!!! And NO, I don't know WHY they're laying around here!
