About the durability of the front end. I have a SC10FT with the stock setup. Missed my lane and ended up the wrong way around on the straight away. Got hit head on by a Kyosho short course truck. Me? No damage. Him? 80$ in broken parts and out of the race. I felt bad about my lousy driving, but pretty good about how tough my truck is!

guys im pretty good at building and breaking in my diffs but i kno i just rebuilt my diff in my sc10 like 3 wks ago and it feels fairly smooth with the wheels on but if i take em off and turn the hexes it feels gritty as hell and i have the bfast diff in it and it still has great traction and performs well. i race normally 3x a wk and on sat im running 7-9 hr before the race and race that day also, on sun im there from open til close and race then as well. what im asking is this too much driving on my truck to think that no matter how well i build the diff and what high end products i use that it will still get gritty after thtat much running? am i being fair to the diff? i just thought that no matter how much i drive it will take at least a few months for the diff to get gritty

Integy is garbage IMHO. Stay away from anything aluminum from Integy when at all possible. If you really want to run a different chassis. Try the RCRD chassis. Much better quality and design.

Added lower distributed weight 2.6oz heavier than stock(lower CG). Better handling in rough terrain. Better jumping and less parachuting affect. More steering and foward bite.

It should help support the front, but the shock absorption of the rounded front is gone. Which is the part that I didn't like.
It works so well that Im still using the chassis from my sc10 RTR lol. The best part of it is your using the stock bumber and when the truck does endo you don't get that bounce affect that the RPM bumber does and it just shovels instead works great. If you want to try it out maybe I can make a write up with pics and what not. Let me know bro.

All that and a bag of chips. That's a lot of improvements with just one change. It reminds me of the original Associated FT GT chassis. The blue one.

Quick question. I just installed a Muchmore racing fan 30x30 on the rear bumper mounts. Is it safe to use the bec port on the receiver(airtronics) for power or should I get a Y connector for the 3rd channel(transponder plugged into it now)? thanks for the help.
