you went with longer camber links and a softer piston setup.

Turbo2cam has a good looking setup.

Wildcat1971- have you tried going out further with your camber links? Move the front out one to the middle on hub & rear out one more hole. I have never used 3 washers on the front tower. Most always 2 on front & 1 rear. A tight slipper can also make corning hard.

3' anti-squat could hurt also. Definitely will make the car go forward exiting a turn. But maybe to much for entry? Go to zero and see if it enters great & wants to loop exiting.

I am thinking about trying longer links this weekend. I have 2deg squat and 3deg toe on the inside. I was doing some reading and it seems the rear camber links are the most important and do the most to lock in the rear. So, I might go out 1 more hole in the rear first to see what happens. I will probably remove 1 washer from the front and rear also. The interesting thing is, he uses the same tires that work well on my local track. So some of his changes might work better than the setup sheets on the AE site, at those are mostly barcode style tracks.

I have a pic of the rear setup on bk's ride on my computer, but all it is basically is the losi xxx rear sway bar setup with different wire. Everything is custom on his truck and I have the feeling jconcepts will be releasing a front sway kit to go with the new rear set. For pics try searching for images from the SC showdown on liverc.com.

Has Jconcepts come out with sway bars that were talked about a few months ago?

New to the truck and learning in a hurry....thanks.

I dug through my parts and found my RPM arms and the screws. They are basically sheet metal screws, you just need something to stop the pins from coming out. I hit them up with my calipers so you can see the size for yourself. The first pic is overall length the second is the dia of the the threads. Go to the hardware store and get something close whether it be metric or whatever.

Thanks a bunch man, this is precisely what I was looking for.

AE big bores. V2's are ok though. Proline stuff is good too, but I've had a lot of guys break the e-clips or lose them, and arent available seperately from Proline so they ended up buying new shocks. I'm sure someone knows which ones to get but I haven't seen it mentioned yet. AE BB FTW, simple, cheap, effective, easy to work with.

Do not get the pro lines. I had them on slash before sc10 and the difference is not noticeable between the two. I would actually say because of ease the V2s are better than the Powerstrokes.

sounds good made up my mind thanks

AE big bores, or V2's with the Avid big bore spring conversion. :)

Which springs do you like of the Avid on the standard shocks? Getting my SC10 ready to go and want to run the bigger springs and not yet shell out for the big bores...

Thanks

if you are going to buy new shocks, just get the BB shocks.

V2 shocks converted to BB

Hi guys, can any one tell me what type of spring I can buy to convert the V2 shocks into a big boar, do I need to use a Losi 22T springs or else?
Thank you.

I've been really happy with the 2nd batch Yellows from Avid front and rear. ;)
