Looks like a nice design. I like the sensor wire location. Where are these available? Where can I find more info?

Track Star is the only web shop that has them.

All info thus far can be found here.

Schuur Speeds site is still in process. www.schuurspeed.com

Of them being one of the fastest motors available?

Being out for just a couple of weeks, they are dominating our local series at WCRC. Travis Brock just pulled off the Tri-fecta in Colorado I believe TQ'ing and winning all of the 17.5 classes with SchuurSpeed.

On them being "THE fastest available". What are the specs? KV? Wattage? Efficiency? I mean a fast guy will win with pretty much anything right? I am not trying to be a detractor, but it's a pretty bold claim, in fact about the boldest one can make, with no real substantial information to back it up. They have team icon heritage, and those are great, but I think if you are going to say these things are the be all end all of motors, well, then let's see it.

In the realm of 2200kv, 200W and I'm again guessing around 85%.

I don't have dyno specs, all I have is my driving experience with these motors and seeing what they are doing to the other top motors on the track. and again. "They are some of THE fastest available".

No where did I claim that these were the end all.

"some of THE fastest" got it, not "THE fastest", but isn't everything "some of the fastest"?

Alright, well anyway, as a consumer and potential customer, I will tell you that making such claims without numbers, comparisons, or specifics to back it up is kinda silly, but it's all good. I was interested, but I'll just buy something else. Sorry I even inquired.

The motor looks great! Lowroad, you never know until you try...I'm sure the magazines will be doing a motor shoot out soon enough. I like the innovative design!

All this jibber jabber BS just to make a point? What a waste of space!!

Been seeing these motors pop up at SDRC and the claims from some of the users is that, they really are damn fast! I say, would be nice to compare the specs to the Reedy Sonic motors. Will be nice to see a writeup giving us the info in comparison to the new spec motors out there. Reasonably priced. Anyone rip one yet?
