hopefully you fixed the binding, if so how is it running now? gearing and temps?
one of the lhs is thinking of carrying them but is having one of their employees test it out and compare it with some of the high end brushless set ups, depending on your review and if they'll be carrying them maybe one will be in BNIB SCTE.
thanks!

Ok so the next Budget speedo on the testing block is the Hobbywing Justock 45a sensored system.I need to put my DEX 210 on a diet and by switching to this economy BLINKY ONLY speedo I trim 40gms from the wieght of the 60A with fan..Being only 45a I expect to use it in my 2wd buggy with motors down to either a cranked timing 13.5, or a mild timing 10.5, but for the most part it will see 17.5/blinky duty
price is $63 and its in the US.

well that went nice!! TQ first round, reset TQ 2nd round, and 1st in the main.Yep the justock speedo works JUST FINE in blinky 17.5 class.I even ran without the fan on it and the esc temped at 73* after a 5 min. run..

good stuff. think it will handle blinky 17.5 scts? any plans putting a hotter motor with it? what is the max burst amps it can sustain?

260a burst current.I would say yes it could deal with a 2wd SCT in blinky no problem. They are pairing this speedo with a 8.5 motor in their combos, so I would have to say that they are UNDERstating the ratings on the esc.Otherwise they would have to be nuts to pair it with an 8.5 as a combo.

I thought I'd update with some experiences I had with a new Bullistorm 60A ESC, the one with the purple housing & heatsink. I purchased it for $42.51 with free shipping on eBay.
Overall, I'm happy with it but as it appears to be one of many Chinese knock-offs, quality was hit & miss. Some of my frustrations were my own doing--not having my FlySky GT3B transmitter set to "REV" for the throttle channel caused some unusual behavior for the Bullistorm, and I had some issues with my 8.4V NiMH battery pack--but not with 7.4V LiPo packs.

I thought Toro only made mini scale systems?? Have a link??..for 4wd like the SCTE something like this would be what you need.
http://www.nitrorcx.com/07e-combo-sc-b.html
Its built for the 4wd sct's..4 pole 550 can motor= torque!!

Hey guys i have done some searching and I have imported a gross of the 60a and 120a controllers with the usb link...
Thats why I havent posted in a couple weeks..alll speedos will be tested before shipped to make sure there will be no start-up issues for people like a doa controller etc...They are the same as the yellow Ebay combo(no motor) except the controller cases are black for the 120a and a translucent purple for the 60a..The usb adapter is yellow just like the ebay combos...PM me if you happen to need a good speedo without the 2 weeks shipping from china!!Here are a couple pics of the 60A.The 120's will be in my hands on tuesday

just had a few runs with these cheap power systems yesterday, a Bullistorm 60a esc/SP 9.5R ultra sportsman v2 motor in a Team C mid 2wd buggy and a 120a grey cased esc/SP 9.5R comp 2 motor in a Team C rear motor 2wd buggy. both of these ESCs came loaded with a older version of HW's stock firmware with turbo boost timings etc. i loaded in HW's current V3 930 mod firmware into them before going for the tests, both ESCs perform alright, power delviery is actually quite linear, two thumbs up.
the Bullistorm 60a esc seems more nicely made, with proper solder posts for those main power wires (skinny 14awg). for this particular esc, just need to remember to reverse the polarity for the heatsink fan plug.
the 120a esc however didnt have those pictured plug-in posts soldered at the wiring terminals, instead skinny 14awg wires are directly soldered to the pcbs. but no major hiccups here, just need to swap in whatever guage wirings that is required.

No, but I am definitely going to..Once I saw how the programming was layed out in the manual it didnt take but a second to see that is VERY hobbywing-ish as far as how the firmware is set-up for programming it.My curiosity is piqued
I mean is hobby wing making everybody's speedos now except for tekin ,novak, viper and LRP?? Its sure seeming that way..I heard a viscios rumor that the new Orion speedo is actually hobbywing produced, and we already know speed passion is hobbywing produced...so yeah,I have to check out the dual sky!
