It takes a little bit of dremeling & you have to oblong the mounting holes a little bit, but it looks SO much better!

That's what I was noticing when putting the stock bumper on it. It's such a tight fit that it shouldn't matter. Looks like you have to shave some off the sides of the flange as well.

Plastic for sure. About 30 battery packs ran in my 8.2e and still have the original spur.

Can someone please explain changing the position of the front upper arm by using different bushings?

A friend and I have been talking all week about this, trying to figure it out. We're not sure if it's simply a camber link adjustment, something relative to the kickup settings, or something completely different.

After raising 1 dot up front and rear, it seemed to really smooth out corner entry, but allow for a TON of steering coming out of the corner. I would still like some information though on how to properly use it, instead of blindly changing things.

Thanks,
Hunter

For those that are using Mugen springs, what spring/piston/oil combo are you using? I tried some today and I ended up going back to the kit springs.

Here's my RC8.2e all ready for the super nats! I went "body clipless" this time around, using velcro on the sides and the rear body mount & took the front body mount off...feels like it holds the body really well...I was tired of breaking bodies at the front body mount hole, hopefully this body will last longer this way! Thanks again to JGO Paintz for the great paint job!

Hi all, very new to the 1/8th scale world and I had a question about converting an RC8 to an RC8e using Integy's conversion ... Anyone have any experience, opinions or anything about this before I go buy it? What are you thoughts? Should I just go with AE's conversion?

Thx for the info ...

Thank you! Wheel nuts are Duratrax! They are the same as Jconcepts, just cheaper...and they have a "D" on them that makes my wife happy since her name starts with a "D"...and keeping the wife happy is very important!

It's probably the most cost effective way to go, I dont have any experience with it...give it a try and let us know!

Honestly I dont have any experiance with this conversion specifically but from the looks of it any my experiance with integy you will find that the associated conversion is much nicer much more profesional looking and easier to use espically if you have the new motor mount.
