the makita is nice with double the voltage capacity and speed. but how fast do really need to screw up and cross thread something? the only reason why anyone would get one is because either they're sponsored by them and they got one for a helluva deal, or they're copying their favorite racer. they're expensive as hell to boot.

Black & Decker Pivot Driver in my workshop. NiCd rechargeable. Had it for years. Seldom use it for r/c. When I do it's only use is for taking fasteners out; never putting them in.

I love mine too. locking chuck make sure the bits dont slide out like the Bosch we have. the rocker trigger is very handy. Only thing I dont like is the non-removeable battery. I've had to replace mine and it was a pain, but do-able.But I've had it for about 3-4 years now, Still strong.
