What cordless screwdriver do you guys like?

I bought a couple 1/4" shank hex's to use in a cordless screwdriver but havent found a screwdriver that I like. I'd like something small, with adjustable torque as well as a rocker switch for forward reverse. Am I missing something????

i use the Craftsman lithium driver. seems ot have plenty of torque and it's adjustable. plus built in light is a bonus

has the rocker is super reliable and batteries last for a long time.

If money isn't a concern check out the Makita. I got the combo with the impact at homedepot and it comes with two batteries.

This serves me very well. ;)

+1 on the Makita. Works great for RC's
Has a slow speed and the lower torque settings won't strip out plastics.

There's more but whats the point...next guy will start yet another thread a month or 2 down the road.

true, but If I ask a question on a thread thats 2 months (or 2 years) old, I likely wont get a response from the person I'm asking the question to. I could send a PM, but might be missing out on info on newer tools.

CHIZZLE 08-17-2011 08:38 AM

Exactly. I hate smart ass people who think the search option is the only option.
