I'm loving the HW 2000kv / 150a xerun sensored combo, cool and smOOOOOOOth, with a capital OOOOOOO. For $200 delivered, its by far the best value combo around.

I assume you mean 5800's??? 2 x 2S 3800's in series wouldn't get me through 8 minutes.

The buggy motor (4168) is a 2250kv and yes, with the 150a xerun it can run on 6S. In the states, i believe hobbypartz sell them, not sure who else.

i got mine off ebay from rcfans88, they have great service and have been selling HW for a long time.

Oh dear, I just realised my mistake as well , lol. 3800 2x wired in series would not get me 7600.

ummm, you dont buy packs in series, you need to make a series wiring harness. Hobbyking do heaps of 5000+ 2S packs. Ranging from $22 - $40.

or are you talking 2S1P rather than 2S2P?

I am like u, hobby wing esc combo

But my buggy 2250kv, will need about 5800mah 4s or 8000mah to run more than 20 minutes. Finals.

I just about getting the 2000kv esc combo from rcfans88, but with my current 5000mah 4s I think I would get about 15 minutes race.

2s lipo in series with 5000mAh would only give me 5000mah. Parallel run 3000 mah would be too thick.
Maybe I should sell the 2250kv...

Have you ever run your 5000's to cut off?

If so how long did you run? and how many mah did you put back in?

If i was trying to get 20 minutes, i estimate i would need 8000's. But i wouldn't bother, i'd go with a different set up.

Maybe try a 1350 - 1400kv motor on 6S? but its an expensive changeover.
