Default Hi

Hi guys,

I am also converting my truggy, I design a plastic to sit on the centre diff and placed the receiver box and transponder but did not like it as it was a pain to change the diff oil.
Got elite rc mount and the rc monster battery tray.
Decided to get the radio servo tray from Eco as I want a safEr box but it come s with a battery tray as well.
So anyone needing a spare battery , let me know.
I had the 1700kv motor on 4s but to under power for my liking , so back to good old ezrun 2000kv run.
Will post pic soon, starting the pics rolling guys!

Well I'll post pics of mine. Just finished mbx6t with tekin 1350kv on 6s. Tekno V4, Traktion drive with mechanical brakes. This things faster than my buggy (check my sig). Runs cool all day long and I can get 25-30min runtime on my 5000 batt.

nice. i got the v3 kit on my mbx6, I am faster since doing away with clutch system and mechanical brakes. lighter and more direct, as a weekend or montly racer, getting 2nd best and nearly tq if wasnt for 20 sc penalty is testimony.
for me is the ease , hence i done away with any thing with stinking nitro.
also now i realise is run time. nothing worse then worrying the battery is going to run flat and being beaten by nitro guys again because of that.

I'll probably upgrade to the 6T from my 5T later down the road. But in the meantime, I'll be checking in for some tips I can use on the 5T.

Brushless Mugen truggies FTW

I'm running a tekno V4 and ran the Xerun 150A / 4274 2000kv combo for the first time today. Loved it, so smoooooth!

Got 3rd in the 20 minute main (50 sec battery change killed me) and beat the other 2 E truggies.

Thats a sweet set up timannnn. How does it handle with the 5000 6S? I'm keen to get a set up that will get me 20 minutes. I've heard plenty of claims for 25 - 30 min runtimes but always wonder how hard people are driving. Have you ever run 4S? if so how many mah were you using to get through 10 minutes?
