Billy, just remove any flash surrounding the pin holes & personally I also smoothed the edge of the pin with a file or emery paper....
The caster block pins are suppose to fit tight for the best performance....

The tight fit is not good, although yet again you are the know it all.
If I remember right the pins are 1/8" so if the parts have are binding then I will use a 1/8" drill bit (made for use by hand, not a power tool). It takes off just a little bit of the plastic and in most cases everything works nice and free. A few years ago I never had an issue with parts binding, as everything just drooped right in, but AE's new parts seem to be just out of spec as the hinge pins holes are a little too tight.
However before you do that, you might want to also try to polish the shafts as the black coating tends to make things stick.

A tight fit on the caster block & pin is very important !!!!
Carbon
I don`t know it all , but almost ....
Maybe your confuse ?
As in blinding between the Caster block and arm`s ?
This is a easy fix just clean any flash from the pin holes on the arms & caster blocks.....
Enlarging the pin holes with a reamer will only hurt performance....
On the old rc-10 B-2 & B-3 a reamer was needed & used , but with the B-4 those days are long past....
Ps
Please don`t polish the black off the pins !
If you do the pin will be smaller & slop will prevail.
Best to replace the pins after the black has been worn away to get a slop free& smooth fit....

Thanks Wild Cherry and carbon madness, I got your points. I will try both your suggestions. I will try polishing the pin and edge of the hole first, and if that doesn't work, I will try the drill bit approach.

Billy , only smooth the edge of the pin , do not remove the pins black coating....
The caster block needs to fit the pin tight & yet move freely when mounted on the arm...
