No, Look at the Ten-T, 810 and SCTE all the same arms, cases, uprights etc (even the same part numbers on most). etc. Only thing that changed was the axle outdrives for 17mm adapters.

I actually ran mine with a Pro4 4600 (as I do in SCT clothing) with a 2S lipo. Rules state no MORE than 4S, doesn't say anything about using less cells

Well considering it fits into all the requirments of 1/8th E-buggy I would not see why it wouldn't read over the rules yourself and see if you can spot something it doesn't fit into. http://www.roarracing.com/downloads/..._Rule_Book.pdf All you need is Losi 810 adapters and body and you should be good to go?

I think he means in E-buggy form, but I agree that I can't see why it would be excluded since the 810 was a volume made kit.

You can run any car in the 1/8 classes assuming it meets the dimension and weight rules for the class.

It doesn't have to be a production car. 1/8 is considered a "mod" style class.

You should be good to go.

Figured I'd drop in to congratulate Matt on his showdown and nice spotlight on liverc

The buggy looks killer BTW

Didn't know that, good info. I'm still worried though since when I tried it with my MIP chassis it was just to light (5.8 pounds to be exact) and every rig I tangled with at all just pushed me out of the way. But man alive did it handle well in buggy form!

A little birdie told me about some tekno sct410 driveshafts in the works. Any clues as to when this might happen? Rear center diff driveshaft is showing some wear on the pins.

No I'm meaning the Short Course MIP Ten-SCTE!!! ROAR rules state that nerf bars or side guards must be present on all Short Course classes.

I believe the bent up sides of the chassis are sufficient for "side guards."

Just like spoilers on short course trucks are sufficient as "body styling".
