Serpent America just posted a lot of information at http://www.sgrid.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?31-Serpent. I hope to be able to go over there and take photos of the cars when they're available.

I heard that amain had been invoiced for them, and they are about a week away on the slow boat. Bad new is they are only getting eight of them in and I would bet that they are all spoken for. I have mine on order from my local shop so it's a non issue for me however I think there are going to be a few dissapointed people out there.

I was leaning towards trying this car out, but I got impatient so I went and picked up a Mugen with a V4 Tekno kit.

I was hoping to see real pictures of the car before I made my decision not just the cad images.

Serpent doesn't even have anything up on their site yet. Seems weird if it will in fact be released soon.

That is what the guy on the phone at amain said to me.

me: When are the 811e's coming?
Him: We just got the invoice, so probably another week or two depending on customs. We are only getting eight of them and five are sold you should probably put one on back order.
me: Thanks, I will do that.
me: Any word on the 808e?
him: No, RCamerica has not given a ship date yet.
me: Ok, thanks for the help.

I personaly felt like it was a sales tactic to get me to back order, but figuired I would pass on the information.
