Stock diff. The stock outdrive shaft is a bit too short to work with the Kyosho gear without a bit of work. I shaved down the 'shoulder' where the outdrive bearing sits on, so the bearing sits a little closer to the gear, then shortened the tube that the outdrive goes into, so it sticks out the other side far enough to get the cross pin through. A minor pain, but the Kyosho gears last so long, I MIGHT have to do this once a year. Worth it to have a MUCH quieter car and no pinion wear.

Here some pics of my 811e running a Tekin setup \ 2050 motor lipo's are High Velocity 6000 60C 2S wired in series. These lipos are high quality they fit perfect best part their price reasonable.

I'm looking at getting the ProTek Prodigy 610 Duo so I can dual charge since as of right now I only have a single batt charger. will this charger work?

They originally had it on the website. Now its not there. I don't expect one for a LONG time.

Run time: Test today ran for 15-20 on the street to break-in diffs had a lot of life in the lipos left :) Will give more of a accurate report by next week plan to really but this kit throu its ropes :)

Looks good Bigjay! I see your transponder mounted to the back of the servo like the manuel but did you notice the designed spot for it under the radio tray. I thought that was a super trick spot for it!

Thats where I put my little transponder and made sure the bottom faces down. Seems to work well there. I know the Agama had issues with the transponder mounted vertical like that.
