Default Link explaining gear ratios with motors,etc...

Hi,
I'm coming back to the hobby and was curious if there was a link anywhere explaining how gear ratios work on rc cars with particular motors, etc...

Thanks.

Hi,
Thanks for the link.
I was hoping for something explaining how to calculate things myself.
This seems limited as it doesn't show many motors for instance for the SC10 4x4
Thanks.

Try this, has more vehicles:

http://www.gearchart.com/

Thing to remember there is no exact gearing. There is allot of outside influences that will cause change in gearing. Heat is the number one. You will start with a base FDR then heat will determine moving up or down. These links are there to get you started. Then the experimenting begins.
