I just hope everyone stays away from running the cab forward pancake bodies that will eventually show up and keep these classes at least looking like the real short course race trucks. The cabs now are starting to get more chopped already.

Sensored all the way. I can tell the difference. As far as power 4000kv vs 4600kv, the lower kv is more efficient. And if you need more speed or torque you can play with turbo and boost. Tekin pro 4 all the way! The 4000kv motor is perfect for the sc10 4x4.

Does anyone know if A main ships packages out of there warhouse on Saturdays if I would place an order today? Or any online hobby store for that matter? I know because of the holidays most of them are closed but was wondering.

Krio, that's what I've read; about how after a set rpm, it doesn't go by the sensor anymore. That was what my question was a few posts ago, what is considered low rpms on something that spins at 75k rpm?

You shouldn't be spinning anywhere near 75k rpms, mor like 30-40k rpms, but if you are like me, you run in sensored only mode so you can use the more advanced programing functions.

For the RX8, as soon as it can get a solid read on rotor position and timing it goes to sensorless operation. If you watch the 3 LEDs on the far right that indicate the sensors are working they will shut off the same time the esc goes into sensorless mode. If I had to put a number on it it would be below 2000 rpm, but really depends on motor type and wind.

I assume you are running an RS pro then?

Ok thanks. Did you place your order today? I was going to pay for overnight shipping and rush order as I need the parts on tuesday. But with the holidays that might not be possible

it was on the 29 with free shipping .

Ordering anything from anybody can be a chore the last two weeks of December. Most people are doing inventory or working with a stripped down crew because of the holidays, the carriers are all congested due to the holiday packages, plus you have the loss of shipping days.

If you order something from Dec 15 to Jan 7 or so, just don't be in a hurry for it.

Those will work just fine. Any wheel (12mm hex) that fits the losi SCT, will fit properly on the SC10 4X4 and 2wd and vise-versa. They are the same offset. You can also use the DE Racing and Pro-Line Pro-Trac wheels.

If you run the Slash/ Blitz wheels which will widen your track width, it will help tighten the car up on loose surfaces but you may not be legal depending on which rules you ran.

JConcepts hazard wheels are really good!

JEFFs SC10 12-31-2011 10:14 AM

i like those wheels too just be sure to use locknuts, my wheels kept spinning off.
