SC10 4x4 Thread
I noticed on the proline site that it shows the same rims for the Losi and the Associated, does the SC10 4x4 now use the 0 offsets? I'm thinking on switching over from Losi and this would be a bonus as I have quite a few sets of tires that are barely run.
good question.
I haven't heard of any changes to to the suspension that would get you to what the +3mm wheels give with zero offset wheels.
I am thinking its basically the same type of wheel you get as far as offset goes (or close) that it comes with out of the box as the sc10 4x4 wheels out of the box are zero offset, or at least, AE zero offset. Losi's zero offset may be slightly less offset, if that makes sense.

I finaly got my c diff from rcshox today.

The left over shavings wernt so bad. I did take a knife and cut a few of the shavings off.

The spacers i got were black and they did not have an ''alfalfa'' nub on them.
the rings and the diff rings did not seam out of round, i spun the spacers around in the diff rings and could not find any gaps.

(the diff ring was not on center when i took the pic)
I can't wait to test it out tomorrow

Yes I found the online assembly instructions.
It diff felt great. I have a clay track that is slightly loamy, M3 Tazers in the rear and M2 Blockades in the front, should i be running more or less pins or is four a good number?

I'd recommend starting with 4 and see how you like it. If you feel traction however is high, go with 6 to start then.
I personally liked 4 outdoors, loose conditions, and indoors high traction carpet I liked 8 pins.

I'm planning on heading down to the track sometime in the next several weeks and am hoping someone will share a good base setup. It looks like they only run open in the 4x4 class so will be running either the Pro4 4600 or RevTech 3800. I hear Ions are the go to tire but am clueless beyond that.
Thanks in advance for any help!

4600kv is pretty high for an indoor track. I'm running the Tenshock 4400kv geared low*(62/12) on a 1/8 scale outdoor track. A motor in the 3800-4200 range would maximize your gearing options. And clay compound Ions work well on high-bite clay. Good luck.
Couple of servo ?'s
What's the recommend min. speed and torque?
Had the AE 1015 thinking about the Savox SC-1256TG, will I feel the difference in speed, will it possibly be a down grade?
