Cleaned up my post dirtbikekid, your right.
As a side question back on topic, has anyone heard of an axle design combo'd with some wider hexes I am thinking that will allow the usage of zero offset wheels on the SC10 4x4? I don't recall where I heard it, but I remember seeing something about that specific for the sc10 4x4 so you don't use the +3mm offset wheels anymore.

Hey there Shark. Nice vid, great track and ride. Looks very smooth out there! What are you running for shock fluid, springs and pistons if you don't mind me asking?

My best apologies , try till the sun don't shine but this is all your gona get son ....
Shark try more ballast next to servo next time at the track .
Start with 1 oz on each side of servo .
you will thank me later ....

WC: That's fine, silence speaks volumes of truth even when its not intended ...
Shark: What did you end up on your pin settings for the center diff? If you could post your full setup, that would be great as I know there are those who would love to have it.

Here is my current setup:
Shocks
Frt 40wt AE oil, MIP piston with one blue valve (reversed). 4mm int/ext limiters.
Rr 35wt AE oil, MIP piston with one blue valve (reversed). 4mm int/ext limiters.
Mounting position = stock
Diff
Fnt = 7K, Rr = 5K, cDiff = 5 pins
Sway bars = 2.0mm front, 2.2mm rear
Camber links
Front = stock
Rear = inner 5mm spacers, outer 4mm spacers
Rear toe 3.5 degrees toe in (M2C rear block).
21grams of lead weight located on each side of the servo (42g total).
Rx8 current limiter = 0, Pro4 4000kv motor 62/14 gearing
Shorty lipo located forward (sideways)
AE XP1313 servo mounted flat on the chassis.
I run on a small tight indoor track, which they used to water a lot and it had super grip (we ran slicks) but lately they run it drier and I now run AKA Handlebars front and rear (super soft). I was running 1mm internal limiters in the shocks but the local fast guy said to try more limiters to lower the ride height for better handling (less traction rolling) on the smooth high bite track, Now that they run it drier I am going to reduce the number of internal limiters, to 1 or 2mm. I tried 7pins but I found the truck wanted to swap ends so I settled on 5 pins which hooks up good and keeps the truck nice and stable under acceleration.
Here is some 4x4 action at my local track, Pro Chad Bradley took the win.

As I mentioned previously WC, please answer what I asked the Center Diff that you purchased and had this experience with on your vehicle. That will allow us that have had success using the product to help you out.
Its interesting though that you finally did test the product and I am surprised you haven't reported on it before. I am assuming your purchase was recent so you probably got the new hardened pins. Was there any unusual wear on those parts?
For those looking for more information how the Center Diff works when properly setup, here is something that Marcus posted a bit ago that may be useful:
http://www.rctech.net/forum/12168728-post34095.html
and some info on pin adding:

Hope thing helps those interested in using a Center Diff in loose and carpet conditions.
Me personally I liked 8 pins on carpet.

I might dust off my truck and run it again this winter.

. Shark were you in this race? BTW, Chad Bradley is a great guy. I met him at a Nitro Challenge race a few years back. He was with Jay Halsey and Gary Guest. Very nice guys and were helpful to a newb like me, at the time...

Also, I see you are hard at it again with the SC104x4. Nice setup you have on the "Shark Ultralite". nice work Bro. You should be sponsored dude!
Do me a favor? Come visit RCTEN.com, (the ADMIN's is a great guy) it's a nice forum and your know-how would help a lot of racers on that forum.
Lemme know, thanks.
