Have you tried green slime on the o-rings that the outdrives slide thru? I was going to do this to my diffs last time i pulled them but got lazy...

You can use the gear diff seal kit from the SC10 RTR for the outdrive seals. AE #9831

I think my motor was getting hot (150-158) from the belt being too tight. Im going to loosen it up and see if it helps any.

Do you think you need to replace the diff halves?

Sweet, ran my truck to test the shocks with some of Mantiswork's custom pistons and they felt amazing. Im not sure what oil wt was in it, but the truck felt so good. since I am waiting for some different o-rings, and the stock ones arent the greatest, he put some caster o-rings he had on hand. with the custom pistons the rebound rate was so much improved, the truck looked as if it was gliding over the ruff parts of the track.

I ran mine at our recent state race with a 12tooth pinion. After a 10min main plus a couple practice laps mine came off the track at 165 degrees. It was a very hot day though.

Has anyone had trouble taking their body from the 2wd SC10 and putting it on the 4x4? I know it is supposed to be a direct fit, but mine is not. Do you have to raise the body mounts from the stock position? Mine hits the bumpers in the front and rear and the holes in the body are slightly off. Any suggestions? THanks
