"low power" hah... everyone i know with a 4 pole motor in this LIGHT truck is running less then 80% epa on throttle, so whats the need for these 4 pole motors?

i love the vts with a 550 4.5, which is more then enough motor for this truck in a racing situation imho.

At the track now. Truck is pretty good. Used bald tires in the front

Things I have done to tighten up my SC10 4X4 on throttle exiting the corners, 30,000 fluid in front 80,000 in rear and .5 toe in rear hub carriers from ST racing.

Running on loose dirt.

WC right now when I apply throttle coming out of a turn the rear wants to pass the front. What can I do to fix this?

Lots of things to try

tires
ride height (lower rear)
lighter rear spring, lighter oil & less rear camber..

start with tire & ride height ( 23mm low as you go )

our truck, does it has the same offset as the losi SCTE ?

what if tires and ride height are correct and it still wants to come swing around in front?

Hey guys,
Those running the 8mm mod on the rear camber links... what length are your turnbuckles? (between cups, like in the manual instructions ?mm).
I'm running mine inside hole on shock tower, and outside hole on the fibre c-hub mod.
Cheers.

I am running 7mm, outside hole on rear tower, and outside hole on c-hub riser which lines up with inside hole on hub. Also running short camber link in front with 1mm shim under front ball stud. 2.0mm sway bars front and rear. Blue front spring front and white front spring in rear. 32.5 front shock fluid, 27.5 rear, single x-ring, bladder, no boots, 6mm ext. limiters. Front shock middle hole tower, outside on arm. Rear shock inside hole on tower and arm. V2 C-diff with 5 pins, 7k front diff and 5k rear. FT ackerman rear holes. Exotek chassis, 23mm ride height. Tazer wheels on 3mm offset hazard wheels run on med traction outdoor track, wet to drying.

Borak. I was able to get mine to do what I wanted by using a lower bite tire up front. It really helped calm the truck down. So far the sway bars and the lower bite tires up front, have helped me the most.
