Well, I just jumped on the rc18t bandwagon...looking to upgrade to a mamba, and some good batteries...Not sure where i heard this but is anyone having problems with their Li Po batteries exploding? I've heard of aftermarket cell phone batteries doing that but what about for the RC cars? Thanks!

My son received a RC18T for Christmas, my complements to AE for another nice vehicle. It should prove a lot of fun both indoors and outside (when the snow melts). It's already flying all over the house.

Tony, thanks for your support in this forum.

I have a question. All three sets of tierods are mounted opposite of the pictures in the manual. The manual makes specific note of the orientation of the open ball cup so it must be important. The way the rods are assembled on the truck make sense becasue the open ball cup is not crossing over the top of the ball stud. So which is correct, the assembly or the manual?
