Default Having a little problem

I have a Castle Sidewinder v2 with a Spektrum DX3s, now the first problem seemed simple. Got everything ready to go, give it a little throttle and goes in reverse, no problem just change the throttle settings. I had good speed but when I got stuck and had to reverse the thing was like a rocket. I tried to rebind the radio and recalibrate the esc but it is still faster in reverse.

What am I doing wrong here, any help would be great.

Reverse the throttle on your radio, back like it was. Then swap any two wires from speedcontrol to motor and then recalibrate and you should be all set.......BB

put the throttle reverse back to normal and switch two of the wires (not center) from motor to esc.
