Default Team Durango DEX410R Problem

So today I recived my DEX and started to assemble it. It all went together so smooth until I went to put the battery strap on after it was all put together and it looks like the angle of the rear output shaft is way too low. There is no way for the rear battery to fit in there and the drive shaft loop that goes on the back shaft will not fit. I have looked at everything in the book and there is nothing missing. Is this a silly mistake or something else? All info will help

Thanks

What battery are you trying to put in the car? Only batteries 25.1mm or shorter will fit.

There is two slots in the strap where the pin goes through to make the hinge by the rear diff case. Switch to the bottom. Could be possible you put the rear diff case in back wards or its not seating all the way up.

Like he said there are two holes that the strap itself can be attached to. One is for 25.1mm and the other for the Efra spec which I think is 24.3 or something.

What brand of lipos are they?
