Team Bluegroove do a SCT body for 2WD/4WD Buggies. It has a wheel base of 270mm and a width of 242mm. It is a reproduction of the Losi heavy metal body. As you would already know there will be a noticeable size difference between this and the actually SCT'S (Slash, SC10) out there.

srsly tho, kind of a cool idea for just bashing or whatever. would certainly protect the front end a bit.

The Heavy Metal class (truck body on buggy chassis) was a very popular class in the '80s. Losi tried to revive it with their Heavy Metal body but it never took off.

Were can I buy one ? I googled Team Bluegroove and found this web site,http://www.bluegrooveconcepts.com/index.php but saw no body.

I did the same thing. Web searched and got Bluegroove, not the same thing. I did find the bodies on ebay though. Here ya go.

I was hoping to fit one up on my Jammin Crt.5, it looks like the poor Crt is a little wide and a little short for this body. Not good things to be

# One thing to remember is that the original losi heavy metal body came with extra body mounts as the body won't mount to the buggy body mounts. Don't think there included with the body.
