I wish we had turf tracks like you guys have! I am tired of dirt. I do enjoy carpet stadium when I can find a place that runs it though.

I was looking thru some different set ups and noticed some with 1mm bump steer. I am gathering that is a 1mm spacer on the ball nut that mounts on the caster block.

What benefits do out get out of this as I don’t understand bump steer as of yet

Does the TLR tuning kit make a big difference in how the car handles and drives?

Well, spent all day running my 22 indoor (75x45, hard hard packed clay) with the ball diff and the tranny lifted 1mm.

I have to admit, the ball diff did make it alot easy to get on throttle coming out of a turn. Where the gear diff tend to make me over rotate, the ball diff did not.

The tranny mod is a GOD SEND...it really does make a huge difference on the rear end traction. I can hit the throttle out of turn soooo much sooner than before. We had 5 x 22's on the track and every single person noticed it. You can tell the buggy diggs in a lot better when you powering out of a turn. Hands down on the best mods ive done to my 22. Super easy, super cheap and quite effective.

I will not be using a gear diff for a long time (unless i run on carpet ever ).

All depends on the track and driving style .

Usually mid is best for really high bite tracks , anything less rear is best .
