Bead locks or no bead locks.........???

I like them. Although, I've never used them in anything faster than a 13.5. They are a little heavier, but that doesn't concern me much. They have never come apart on me during a race.

we ran the wheels with AKA Enduros today, 3-5 min heats and the main. the only problem today was about 3/8th of an inch of the inside of one of the rear tires came out. the main was a 10 min with no problem... i'm loving them so far. I checked between each heat and had to snug a little but overall it was a great day....also it was a LRP X11 13.5 BL on a WMD lcg slash 2wd

15mm screws with nuts on the inside. i got it to come off doing a balloon test holding 1 front tire. it held full throttle for about 10 seconds at about 10 inches then poof. no overheating or acceleration issues, just the noticeable increased in-air control. gonna run these for a while.

I like beadlocks on my SC10 2wd. Most drivers dont. I run a 13.5 boosted tekin rs setup that has more then enough power for our track. With the beadlocks I was able to remove all the extra stick weights and ballast weight from the truck. It has more traction and more steering then with regular wheels. I have never slipped a bead that I know of the truck drives good. It jumps better and requires less throttle adjustment in the air also.
