no I'm not talking about the the FT carbon parts, but the standard RTR plastic...

The plastic is actually better IMO because it flexes instead of just snapping. They made the plastic where it has more strength then what it used to on most parts and still flexible. Cavelieri ran the plastic almost all of the Hot Rod Hobbies Shootout but switched to carbon because of the 105* plus temp.
