Default Associated B5/T5

Heard a rumor this past weekend.
I guess it's not true?

I wouldn't be surprise if one was in the works. The Academy buggy is coming, the RB5 is really good, HB is supposed to be working on one, Tamiya, I think T-Tech is too. Electric off-road is on the rise.

I have not been racing lately, but stopped by the track and some dudes were talking like it was coming out in August.

That can't be right

It's getting ready to happen in some classes (mod)!

As far as a B5/T5....why? They already dominate just about all the big races already!!! Maybe they will offer an upgraded version with all the GT2 parts on it from rear axles, bones and QC wheels to front shock tower, "a' arms, camber blocks and steering blocks. Fix the servo saver too! That would be a T-4.5??

Once again it is people talking it's like a fishing story...and people may hear the wrong thing and rumors get started, like this.

Associated is releasing an 8th scale nitro buggy that is due in August, the RC8. You probably just heard it wrong. There is always the possibilty that its true, but I doubt.

Well since the B4 and T4 are doing so well, don't know if Associated wants to change that.

B44 supposed to be out in September.....Prolly not til November though, there is usually a month or two delay. Think back to the TC5....It was pushed for an April release but officially hit the shelves in May.

I have seen the B44, it looks ready to go. I wouldn't expect a huge delay this go 'round...

The B44 will most likely be a kit.

I think it is at around $320 for the kit. It will be similar to the Bj minus the aluminum parts to keep cost down.
