the problem is, it does not go in front of the wheel. When you catch a pipe with the tire, I don think the bumper will do anything. If I thought the bump would solve my problems, I would get her a b4 right away.

honestly after letting my buddy beat on the extra B4 he had, I was suprised how much the wide bumper did to protect the vehicle. i agree though fully after the exposed wheels and the pipe. Its not as bad though as it was on the T4 lol. Snapping a-arms was a common occurance on that vehicle for sure.
Probably the only good thing would be they would have to learn not to be hacks as with open wheeled vehicles, it makes a difference for sure.
Well, anyway, if anyone here has an SC10 they woudl like to trade or even a 4x4 SCT, feel free to drop me a line.

I did the Tessman narrowing of a t4 chassis with the front and rear clip of the b4. works great on 8th scale tracks where traction is low or dusty. When I run indoors I go to the old b4 (Short chassis) and tighten up the front to remove steering when I need to.
With the chassis cut down width wise and with a losi 22 body on it. it can out drive just about anything out there on a big track

anyone know the voltage limit for a rc10 buggy? I have a 11.1 3 cell lipo I would like to use but I don't know if I can.
Tech Champion
The voltage limit depends largely on the ESC, some on the motor. Which ones do you have? If it's OK probably a good idea to gear down some, smaller pinion.

Also keep in mind if you are upping the voltage, use settings on the ESC to calm down the torque. with more voltage, its easy to tear up tranny gears if you don't make appropriate adjustments on a variety of vehicles.

out here, the setups that in general get posted for "low" grip till need even more grip lol.
Indoors the buggy was on rails, no doubt. Just very effortless to drive with either the fat pack or a shorty.
Right now my big debate is keeping the vehicle or selling to fund my girls entry into RC. Got it pretty loaded with parts, tires, etc right now.
Maybe start them with the B4?

well rpm came out with b4 arms, so maybe your kids can run the buggy.

May give these a try ...
I will be ordering a set. I would like to be able to get my kid running the b4. Plus, the stock bulkhead is crap and I dont care for the alum bulkhead which greatly increases arm breaking. but my sc10 rpm arms have a lot of bind in them. just too tight.
Run the AE alum bulkhead with rpm arms... Gotta be rather tough like that.
If the bulkhead is the same as the sc10, I dont think that will work. they are different.
