I will go with that charger then! I will need (2) though correct?

What kind of plugs would you recommend I purchase?

I would also like some recommendations on Lipos too.

btw: I got my ERBE for 550.00 brand new! came with black body!. I was gonna pick up the slash but when I found this it was too good to pass up!

Yeah, if you want to charge both at the same time, it'll take two chargers. You could buy one powerful charger and charge them in parallel, but it'd need a DC charger and a power supply - the two AC6s will be cheaper and prob just as quick.

I thought the ERBE comes with Traxxas plugs. If it does and you cut them off, you'll void your warranty. Towers ad says hi current connectors and that usually means Traxxas connectors. Traxxas' site is down atm, so I can't go look and see what is there.

Regardless if its 2S or 3S, I think I'd look at the HK nano-tech lipos. Something at least 5000mah and 30-35C. They have to fit your battery boxes.

Sounds like you found a good price....

Thanks!

Can you recommend a pair for long run times with power? I am not looking to go 60mph....just wanna do some club racing and mostly bashing.

I guess I will have to use the traxxas connectors since I don't want to void the warranty.

If you are still talking about lipos, go with the 7000 or up variety. I have venom 8000 and run forever. You might have to mod the battery box bc they are big batteries. Orion makes a 7000 to fit in the compartment.

im just looking for a pack without modifying the compartment.

I would like at least 4 packs without spending too much money. I am not looking to reach insane speeds, just wanna bash with it and also do some club races.

I don't know what the size is limited to by your batt boxes. The above lists alos has LiFes and NiMhs in there (only way they list them in mass). My experience with the size info that HK shows for their lipos is that they usually wind up actually being bigger, not smaller, so give yourself a little leeway.
