what punisher body would fit the dex210 +8 or +10 config? the +8 b4.1 version?

If you're talking about an aluminum chassis with standard side pods, the existing Punisher body fits fine, just don't trim the area around the top deck bushings back as far. If you're talking about a plastic chassis it will also work, but I used a heat gun to get it to conform to the shape of the side pods a little better.

changing the front to hex? what would that do for handling adding rotational mass

If you do +10, you also should try to get as much out of the front and back as you can.

the punisher for the dex210 with the plastic chassis also works. just flares out a little in the area with that funky bow in it.

i know there is:
proline bulldog
