Ran 25+ packs on it today(6-8 minutes each)...I am SOO comfortable with this car. I can drive it as hard as I want and it just stays glued to the track. Took some hard tumbles, and didn't break anything. Until I snagged a pipe at full wood on the straight. Broke the inner hing pin brace. But nothing else. Any other car would have been toast.

Handling- Awesome
Durability- Awesome
Ease to get out the rear hing pin brace- ...eek haha
Painting the stock body-...eeeeek! hahaha

But honestly I think the design is great. The best on the market I think. I will sacrifice an extra 10 minutes to work on the rear, to get the performance gain of this car.

At my local track with my previous car, I could pull 19.5-20 second laps consistently. With the Dingo I'm pulling 18-19.5 second laps. And that was with no set up changes.

My thoughts as of now... A+

cant beleive that many folks keep on running 4 hole pistons unless the track is smooth.

4 hole pistons give way to much "pack" ( I have tried for a few months )
I know the top drivers like jorn and hupo run 4 hole pistons, but the tracks that they run on are mostly have way bette maintained and are smooth.

I love :
6 hole piston all around 1.3mm
25 caster,
3,5 rear toe in
1,5 antisquat
15g extra weight in front
shorty in the back
25wt rear
35wt front
dark green springs rear
losi silver spring front

my track is hardpacked dirt, no real big jumps, low/mid grip, rutted/dusty

No set up changes? Are you talking stock set up?

Guess I should have mentioned I ran a set up my buddy gave me, that he has been working on for a while. I'll make a set up sheet right now. As it is only 1:43AM and I have no work in the AM

I noticed your set up sheet says RM4. Hows that working out? Have you tried RM3? Can you describe the difference please?
My track is low to med bite at best. I notice a diff to where I can get out of a turn harder than with RM3. With RM4 I just feel it's more locked in coming out of a turn. I will run RM3 when I start indoor this fall...those tracks are usually med to high bite.

We have the 4 hole pistons because we need the pack. With 6 holes the car handled great, but we tend to have larger jumps at our track and it would bottom and kick badly. 4 holes solved this for us. If we had smaller jumps they probably wouldn't be needed.

Anyone try these pistons?
http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_...stons-4-6x12mm
If so, are the 1.2 size a good place to start if only buying only one set? 1.1 and 1.3 are also available. Small technical track, a bit bumpy, mostly small jumps.
Thanks again,
SoCal

I would buy the 1.1's, or get the TD ones from Tower. They are 1.0 hole size. You can always go bigger on the hole if you want, but making holes smaller is no so easy... Ghea is known for quality stuff though, and Cush really like the feel of the car with the tapers we got from Nick on Oople, which are basically the same.

Thanks Jonny5,
As it turns out I have a set of the 4 hole (1.2 and 1.3) on order from Nick; not sure how long it will take to receive them. After doing a bit more research I'm thinking the 6 hole style may suite my track better.
