+1 post your setup. In particular, also post the shock setup including droop from the B5M as well.

To me it sounds almost like your vehicle isn't settling in time to when you try to make the turn, like its bouncing the moment you are trying to turn and goes up and over. This is at least what I have seen at times in the past.

Is there a lay down transmission available for the dex210?

No. There's not even any factory support for the car.

Haven't gotten a chance to record my current setup but I will,I suspect that the excessive amount of droop is to blame, I'll post tomorrow so you guy's can suggest changes. In other news I purchased Cain's plan B chassis off of ebay, so I'll be looking forward to that. I hope it has magical powers Cain.

Everybody recalled bad memories of fragile cars with no parts support though. Apparently the front end on the original 210 had some weak points? Regardless, I'll know first hand come January. My DEX210V3, DESC210R and DEST210R are built and ready for the Winter Series. Got to get the DEX410V5 built and the DESC10 back from being loaned out and then I'm hitting the series full force with Durango for 2017. I'm so tempted to pick up a DESC410V2 for the small tracks. They are stupid cheap.

Only part that I've found to be fragile are the rear arms on the trucks. My DEX210v2 has been a beast.

Personally the only parts Ive broken are front a-arms. I threw on the b5 arms so not worried about arms now just gotta put limiters in the shocks. Got Cain's plan b chassis coming in so Im pretty much gonna be unstoppable.

Hi,

I'm sorry about the late reply, I'm tied up at work...

I think it was a mendelmax 3. It's not mine though. I used a website: 3dhubs.com

Now i just need to get a new yz2 body. I didn't cut the one in the pics well.

I hope to test run it soon .

I can't really recall durability issues with my vehicles other than the shock shafts that the newer cars (dex210F, dex410v5) have. You will want to replace those right away with the longer shafts as it appears they overhardened the stock ones. Do it now as you will get the stupid thread part stuck in the shock eyelet and if you buy only durango parts, its expensive as they come on a "great" parts tree, 2 to a tree. Or, buy the intech equivalent that is not on a parts tree and you get quite a bit of them for around $5.

I am really liking my DESC410V2 and I agree great cheap options out there. The big thing for me though is that if you run on bigger tracks, I would definitely see if I could find one with the FF Racing chassis on it. That gives it a nice addition of weight on the rear and stupid long runtimes with the dual parallel lipos. I would say it could also benefit from a lower Kv motor in the 3500kv range fo rgearing. using the 4150kv motor indoors I am towards the limit on lower pinion gear, gonna try an 11T however motor runs cool right now at 12T or 13T.

I've only broken one part, a rear arm. That was just me being stupid in the street in front of my house. High speeds and curbs don't mix. The original ball cups were terrible. I only use Losi now on everything and have never had a problem. I've had horrible luck stripping out the screws on the gear diff. They are terrible.
