It's a ofna hyper 10sc 4x4 with a associated sc10 2x4 body. I go it at nitro house. I like the way the sc10 body looks and fits the truck better.

i am thinking using that adapters because i mainly run on a 1/8 scale track always against 1/8 tt nitros...

i only don´t like the space between the adapters and the hub.... is any other way of fit this on hyper? or using slash front ones that space will be eliminate?

sc races here are ocasional and rare...

and it´s more easy to achive good 1/8 tt wheels and tires around here...

Just for looks you should put a set of Associated SC8 wheels on it.

If you have access to a mill you could deepen up the pin slot on the back side of the adaptor to bring it closer to the hub. They seem to work ok as is, the bearings and pillow balls and steering have more slop then the adators.

The front adaptors won't work, it tried it. They can be made to work if you counter bore the inside, otherwise the axles don't have enough threads/length to poke thru the adaptor to tighten the center bolt because the fronts are wider then the rears. So just get the rears or a different brand of adaptor.

The truck really drives well. I saw the wheels in rc car action and went directly to Amain. That's tight that jeremy kortz runs them also, I love being on the the right path with my truck. I still wonder about the Novac HV motor but I love the 1/10 electronics. 1/8 and 1/10 buggys have a hard time out doing me on my local track during my practice sessions, everybody wants to know what it is. I have been running the lucas oil sc10 body up till now, lol!

I took the dremal to the fenders to get the burrs off a little better. I'm going to make a set of jaws to cut the slots on the adaptors to around .070 deeper with a 3/32 carbide endmill. Should be pretty easy if I run it slow enough, I'll write a quick program for one of the mills at work.

post a picture later of the difference in the hubs with that mill custom job done!

I got the front slash adapters to work , I took out about an 1/8in of material out of the inside. Hope to get them to the track soon to put them to the test. Chris
