As soon as I can get my hands on the Orion 8th Brushless stuff I'll have one of these.

Yes, we ran it last weekend. It is a great fit and works on all the Inferno series cars including the STR/STRR. The motor mount is really nice!

The packs are offset in order to accommodate pole connectors. I believe you can run a single 4 cell pack. There is a plastic piece that screws in to support the inboard pack. You can remove it and open up the battery tray.

I think you will find that the losi mount and the Kyosho mount arrangements are completely different.

I want to see how that motor is going to hold up. I like smaller daimeter cans better but nobody really makes good quality 36mm motors now that Medusa is gone. Sure Neu has some but who can afford them. I have the V2 SP system coming as soon as they come out. My reason is on my Ve8 my CC/2200 is all against the fr chassis brace and dont like that and its already grooved for the motor about half way. I also like that Orion didnt just take someone elses stuff and put their name on it, unless I am wrong LOL.

how does the same mount fit the 777 series cars and the mp9... isn't the hole spacing for the centre diff mounts different on the two platforms?

The mount looks awfully like the Elite mounts that guy makes on here. They are the best looking mounts made though. That slider center piece is nice but his has a bearing in it.

Ben following this and am interested in converting my GT. Seems like everywhere I run it now, I get complaints about the noise.

Anybody have them in stock?
