i'd suggest checking out spcracing.com and look at the smc packs there

what mah is the 3s 30c?

if you are running 1/10th scale, a good 2s would probably be what you want for racing. a 3s 30c for racing may get alittle squirrelly.
Can't run a 3s for racing anyway :P but yea, for a beginner, 2s is gonna be more than enough.

check out promatch.com. one thing about their new 2s lipo though is that I dont think it's roar approved yet

some of my local tracks allow 3s lipos, every track is different. i'm not talking roar races. either way 3s is too much
