I just recieved my two MP9e bodies from Kyosho America last week. Not sure if they still have stock left though. I had mine on backorder as soon as I found the part number on RC tech from someone. They are in for paint right now.

Anyone knws which body I can use on my MP9. My sides are pretty high on 1 side cause I have 2 x 2s lipos stacked. Any body has higher sides?

I have some measuring. Will need abt 6.5 - 7cm of side height clearance.

Yeah, look a page back. The JConcepts MP9 body sits too high in my opinion. I went with the JConcepts RC8e body. It fits perfect (just use the stock body for cutting reference though).

I need more height. So which has more side height clearance? The RC8e or JConcepts MP9 body?

the Jconcepts body DID NOT work with my 2 2s battery combo. I had to get the new Kyosho body. My batteries are Peak 5400 45c. They are in the hard case. 1.8275" sitting on there side.

I'm using the RCPD Battery Tray with 2 x 2s stacked on top of each other. There's no space in the tray to stack them side by side. Tht's y I need a high side clearance. U can measure what's the side height clearance for the Kyosho body?

If that's in inches, it's tough luck for me. I will need abt 2.6in to have enough clearance.

my straps are above that...thats just the measurement to the top of the battery. 4s batteries are smaller.

Mind helping me to measure your bodyshell from the inner and take the max height on the battery side? Tht'll be most accurate. Thanks.
