CRCRC April Fools Race (April 5th)

Mark your Calendars now! It's about time for the annual CRCRC April Fools electric race. Club races have been in the 90 entry range lately and the racing has been tight. The early season Halloween race drew a lot of great out of town talent and I would expect more of the same for this one. As for the track, there will be a new layout for this race. CRCRC track king Curt S. has put in some killer 1/10 scale tracks this winter and I'm sure this one will be no different.

Some Details
When: April 5th, 2009 - Building opens at 8:00am and Qualifying starts at Noon
Where: CRCRC Club Building - Franklin County Fairgrounds Hilliard, OH
Classes: Stock and Mod 2wd Buggy, Stock and Mod Truck, Mod 4wd, Novice and Slash

Last Years Winners
Mod 2wd: Dan Griffin
Stock 2wd: Dejion (Rader's Prodigy)
Mod Truck: Rodney Black
Stock Truck: Robert Simmons
Mod 4wd: Dan Griffin
Novice: Paul Radloff

track looks cool in those pics. I plan on attending.crcrc has always put on a good show when i've been there. What tires are u guys currently running out there??

Depending on the vehicle, but..... Rears: Pink taper pins or bk bars. Fronts: Pink taper pins, directionals, 2-ribs or 3-ribs.

I should be there for this race.

I would say a combo of bk bars and tapers for buggy and directionals and tapers for truck. All pinks.

I will try and make this one. Is stock still 13.5?
Anybody have luck with JConcepts gold barcodes? Won a set at Battlefront.

David, Hope to see you down here. You got it, stock is 13.5 at CRCRC. As far as the barcodes, I know that there are guys here running them so they must be ok. Haven't tried any myself.
