I will be there for this race.

Is the track layout going to be the same?

A new layout will go in for this race, so it'll be a new layout for everyone. Except for those of us that are there to build the track.

Saturday is Nitro day and the Nitro April Fools race, so there won't be any practice time available unless you have Nitro cars???

We will have practice time Sunday morning. Doors open 8:00, racing starts at 12:00.

I'll be the noob racing 4wd mod with the pink D4. Watch out

It'll be a blue D4 this weekend though, my new body hasn't come in yet.

We loosley follow ROAR rules.

But, for CRCRC Stock is 13.5 brushless, or 27 turn brushed.

Batteries are 7.4v 2 cell lipo, 6 cell nimh

Mamba ESC/Motors are fine for Mod classes.

Normal club races are pushing 100 entries. With the addition of some expected out of towners, the April Fools race is not one to be missed. Hope to see you there.

Does crcrc get any 1/8 elec. on the Electric Sunday Club races?

I have a 1/10 truck and would also like to run my 8ight-E but by the looks of the results on the crcrc website I don't see a E8th class.
Is electric 8th scale not growing in Columbus?
Thanks Tony

There are a few that have them, but they really haven't found a spot where they fit in yet. They are not raced on Sunday.

Possibility that we'll see more in the area this summer as electric racers look for an option for outdoor racing.

Check out the site for an announcement on the Ohio State Fair race, which will have an electric 1/8th class.
