Why doesn't ROAR do something about these snoring racers? They try to regulate everything else! Maybe we could put them all in the same room.

Rods' serious about the whole be in bed by 9 thing. When you get that old, if you haven't taken your metamusal and gotten in bed by at least 8:30, there's no way you'd be able to stay awake for a good episode of JAG!
