It could still be a single beadlock on the outside. For awhile at my local track guys were fully gluing the outside bead but only tacking down the inside with 4 dabs of CA. That way if you liked the tires but wanted to change foams, it wasn't a big deal to snap those 4 spots, flip the tire inside-out, and make the change.

This could be the same way, only beefed-up for bigblock nitro. Glue the inside, but put a beadlock on the outside.

Good pic. From what I can tell and others have apparently confirmed, looks like its based on the RC8T chassis. So probably not converting my RC8-E to an SC8-E at this time unfortunately. But, who knows, could get creative

Looks very nice. I really like how the tires look.
