1. 8ight-T
2. Novak 6.5 HV
3. HV Pro
4. Dual SMC 5000 28C
5. Venom Pro Charger
6. Novak
7. 2 - 40mm
8. Great handling and acceleration. I give nothing up to nitros in terms of speed or handling. The instant torque allows me more room for error on a technical track.
9. Fans are necessary to keep it cool, but break a lot. Batteries and motor on same side, making the car slightly left heavy.
10. Plenty of power but not so much I can't control the truck.
11. approx. 16-18 mins racing
12. 11/48

8. <Likes of your setup> MUCH MORE CONVENT than Nitro. Tons of bottom end. Top end is on par with the fastest Nitro.
9. <Dislikes of your setup> Can not run virtually infinitely like Nitro. but no big deal
10. <Description on your motor performance> Look at Likes of setup
11. <Battery Life> AVG 190 to 200 mah/minutes. 3300 about 13 minutes 16 minutes for 4000 pack

8. <Likes of your setup> Brushless. I have tuned all kinds of engines but never a Nitro R/C. No garage to store fuel so brushless it is!
9. <Dislikes of your setup> Brushless creates serious heat and who likes to wait around for batteries to charge?
10. <Description on your motor performance> Massive.
11. <Battery Life> Hope to get 20 minutes on large track.
12. <Pinion/Spur> 13/44 (est @ 45mph?)

1. <Car> 8ight
2. <Motor> Neu 1515/1.5D gear 16/45
3. <Speed controller> Quark Monster Pro 125B
4. <Lipo Battery> 3S 11.1V 5000 MAH from Max Amps
5. <Charger> Astroflight
6. <Conversion Kit> Losi
7. <Cooling Fan> None
8. <Likes of your setup> Well balanced layout; the Losi motor mount is great and well made; the quark speed control mounted on the Losi battery tray with only minor modifications; fit and finish is nice.
9. <Dislikes of your setup> The Losi motor mount is designed for 4mm motor screws but the Neu motor has 3mm motor screws; the battery tray is brittle a broke after a good tumble.
10. <Description on your motor performance> The motor performs very well on and indoor track with only a 3S Lipo. It's on par with the nitros on top end and accelerates better. On a larger track, gearing up or moving to a 4S would be necessary to increase top end speeds.
11. <Battery Life> I haven't raced it yet, but I expect it should easily reach 25 minutes. I'll let you know.
