Arr no. the B44 is 3 degrees toe in, the B4 looks the same but I can't say. I've only had mine a week. I have a question, is the stock steering block 25 degrees caster or 30?.

It's no WED paint (I don't have the patience), but it's what I'll be pimpin'.

rocco- do yourself a favor and order a couple jc 7' vcut wings.

POUNDITRACING is correct. The hubs are zero degrees and the 3 degree toe in comes from the mount.

B44 for sale. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=320320651298
Please PM me if you have any questions. I also have all the electronics for sale that were in the car. |
Yes, there is 3* total toe-in. Two possible places to have toe-in are the arm mounts and the hubs (unless you tried to mold it into the arm somehow). The B44 has 3* in the arm mounts and 0* in the hubs giving it a total of 3*, which is reflected in the setup sheet. The rear hubs are 0 degrees, while the arm mounts have 3 degrees of toe in them.

How do the JConcept ballcups hold up? I ordered those along with the 1.0" turnbuckles as well. |
the ball cups are great. The snap on harder and so far i have no slop from when i mounted them. 2 races and 6 practice days ago.

Im running the regular short JC white ballcups and they have held up nicely, kinda pricey because they come with a whole set of regular ball cups and the ball cups for the J82. I have kinda bent a couple of them but no pop off's and just when i thought they were indestructable i did finally end up breaking one that was allready bent a little on the outer left rear of my b4. All in all, im still happy with them, the times that they had bent a little were on hard crashes or side impacts that other ball cups wouldnt have held up enough to finish a race and that one ball cup that did end up breaking held up enough for me to finish my practice session and wonder why my car was so loose and thats when i saw the ball cup was partially seperated but enough to finish and thats what really counts. |
i have the angled ones in the rear with the shorter 1" turnbuckles. and the other ones that come in the kit on the rest of the car. They are way more durable than the stock ones. the snap on firmer than the stock ones so the dont pop off as easy, and they are stronger.
