Kyosho buying Orion...

Who would've thought that a year ago?

Kyosho's a pretty big company with deep pockets and they have been investing a lot in electric offroad lately.

Never say never...

Anything is possible. But Kyosho needs to develop competitive vehicles before elite drivers like Cavalieri and Maifield will choose to switch. If and when that happens, I am sure you will say many changes.

Congratulations on your new ride Ronnie!

hey rick didn't Ryan Lutz beat you at the Nats?

and Mark P made the show in 2wd mod at the shootout and narrowly missed out in 4wd.. I would say that the cars are competitive

Oh it's competitive. Since I busted it out on our scene here the number of them have gone up as well (Since I have TQ'd and won all but one race with it this year). Used to be 90% B4, 9% Losi, 1% Kyosho. Now it's about 70% B4, 5% Losi, 25% Kyosho! I'd love to see one of the current top 5 A Main guys driving one of these to see how it would shake out.

I think the RB5 is a very solid 2whl car and will have great success but the zx5 needs to see a major revision before alot of people will switch. They are half way there but with Gil on board it wont be long.
